I disagree with the Spotify comment as well…. Ive used itunes since Day one. Loved it, praised it, no matter any little quirks or issues that may have popped up. I would, on average, buy 2-3 albums a month through iTunes store… I figured I try Spotify. Think its great, Ive even opted to pay the 9.99/mo. I don’t have to worry about syncing anything, I have access to all the music I want on my mobile, comp, ipad, etc… Compared with the money I spent using the itunes store i actually save money paying for Spotify and I can listen to any new music, browse new and old music, SHARE (fav feature) music seamlessly with friends through the App or through my connected social networks…
Point being. I love itunes and Apple products. but they need to step up heir game to compete with Spotify’s service. It completely raises the bar for both iTunes and Pandora…. Sure it has some negatives, like you can’t burn CDs, you don’t have tangible files for your music, the browsing could use improvement, but Spotify is growing fast, I feel confident they will only get better and leave iTunes in the dust. as a HUGE music fan, I have had no need to purchase music in over 4 months, and have rarely even looked into the iTunes store since.
